Illinois Appellate Lawyers' Association Appellate Digest Committee - Andrew J. Mertzenich appointed chair
We are pleased to announce that Andrew J. Mertzenich was appointed to serve as Chair of the Illinois Appellate Lawyers’ Association Appellate Digest Committee, where he serves as Editor in Chief of the Illinois Appellate Decisions Digest. The Committee’s flagship publications offers a regular compendium of decisions issued by all Districts of the Illinois Appellate Court for use by practitioners, judges, and law students.
Editors from all over the State of Illinois review these Opinions and Rule 23 Orders and summarizes the most important information into easily absorbed snippets. Published quarterly, the Digest is offered as a benefit for members of the Appellate Lawyers Association, and paid subscriptions are available to nonmembers.
