John focuses on service, both to his clients and the community as a whole. John guides his clients on both the legal strength and practical effects of each case and legal decision. That way each client can synthesize all aspects of their legal situation and make informed choices that best suit their real-life and legal goals.
Aside from civil litigation, John focuses much of his practice in the area of zoning and land use. Recently, John was appointed the McHenry County Hearing Officer. In this capacity, John sits as an administrative judge over many of McHenry County’s variation requests.
John is a graduate of Leadership Greater McHenry County, and prides himself on community service. John served as the inaugural chair for the McHenry County Housing Commission and continues his work in the community whenever he is able.
John earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa and Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. John began his career in the private business sector, where he worked for 5 years before pursuing his dream of becoming an attorney.
